Parental Involvement

The mental health of students should be an educator's highest priority. Without a healthy mindset, students will have a much harder time succeeding in school and in life. A positive environment is one of the most important things in developing a healthy mind. When students are not worried about outside factors such as food and safety, they are able to focus on learning and their social circles, things that are enriching for their futures. Without a good attitude and positive outlook on education, students will be much less motivated to learn. The world around us is increasingly stressful, with mental disorders on the rise and one of my goals is to help combat these issues. Students in my class may not yet be old enough to realize how impactful education really is, so I'm asking that you help me instill in them just how seriously they need to take their learning. Below are some resources that you can visit to see just how important mental health is for our children.
