Plagiarism

Plagiarism is when someone tries to pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one's own i.e. use of another's work without crediting the source. The legality of plagiarism is dependent upon the intent and context within which they are produced. It is best to just try to avoid plagiarism at all times and always cite resources properly.
