Why is Parent Involvement Important?

How can I become Involved as a parent?

If you click the links above it is clear to see why parent involvement in the classroom is so important. Students become better learners, test scores rise, graduation rates rise, absences drop, and much much more! I want to encourage all parents to become involved in their child's learning adventure throughout all of their education, not just in my class. You are welcome to email me anytime and ask for a meeting to talk about your child's progress, discuss things you can do at home, or just find out about some of the things we are doing in class so you can ask your child questions about it. I also send a monthly Newsletter to update you about what we are learning and events coming up that you may participate it!
