The Importance of Exercise

Exercise is a crucial part of a child’s life. Exercise for young children can be as simple as playing tag, playing on the playground, or getting involved in a sport like soccer, basketball, baseball, etc. It is important for children to get their heart rate elevated at times throughout their day. Children need to learn the importance of being physically active now, while their young, so that they will, hopefully, carry this mindset with them throughout the rest of their lives.
