Digital Literacy

Digital literacy refers to learning about technology and how it is used. Technology is always changing, so being digitally literate means that one is able to learn about this new technology and understand how to use it. To do this, one must also be taught how to learn in a digital world. This is very important because technology is used in almost every occupation. In order to keep up with the competition, one must know how to work it, or at least be able to learn how to work new technology.

Example of Digital Literacy could include: Being able to work word processing systems, or being able to learn how to use a new program on a computer.
