Digital Health and Wellness refers to the physical and psychological well being of digital citizens when using technology. There are many physical and psychological ailments that can come with using technology, such as eye strain, loss of sleep, internet addiction, and possible cyberbullying. It is important for digital citizens to be aware that there are dangers of using the internet, and we need to be mindful of ourselves so that we can stay healthy.


Examples of Digital Health and Wellness could include: Taking a break after using the computer for a while to give your eyes some rest, or making sure you put your phone away before you go to bed so that you don’t lose sleep.
