Cyberbullying is defined as "the use of electronic communication to bully a person, typically by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature." This type of bullying takes place over digital devices such as cell phones, computers, and tablets. It is important to know what cyberbullying is in order to know if it is happening to you or someone you know. If you think you are being cyberbullied, do not respond or forward any messages, keep records of the dates, times, and descriptions of instances when cyberbullying has occurred, and block the person who is cyberbullying.
