How much screen time is too much?
When do we draw the line on technology use? When does it start to interfere with our health?
According to the American Academy of Pediatrics the answer to that question is left up to the parents. Students in school will not use technology more than 30-45 minutes per day. Some days we will not even use technology. Find a schedule that works for you and your family. Make sure that your child is getting enough exercise and isn't spending their time glued to a screen.
