The abilities and inabilities of people to access digital resources. As an educator, I vow to offer equal access to digital tools in my classroom and I will always consider that not all students have access to technology or the Internet at home.
Example: Johnny has a laptop at home, but Sally does not. I will not require Internet access to complete a homework assignment.
