Digital Fluency
Digital Fluency deals with a user's understanding of what they encounter online. Digatally fluent people are educated about the programs and tools that they are using. Digitally fluent people are more likely to make good decisions online, such as using trusted sights and communicating digitally with others in an effective and appropriate way. They are also more likely to recognize what information can be trusted and what 'fake' information they might encounter online. |
