Digital communication and collaboration refers to the ways that individuals express themselves online and how information is given to do so. This is aimed at how an individual will convey their message so that their intended message will be translated correctly. An example of this would be an online chat between two students about an academic article, in which one has a dissenting opinion. They need to display their opinion in a respectful, informed manner.
