Alzheimer's Association

The Alzheimer's Association is a non-profit American volunteer health organization which focuses on the care, support, and research of Alzheimer's disease. This association is the closest one to my heart. My grandmother passed away from this disease and I have seen first hand what it does to the patient and family.
