Movement In the Classroom
Movement In the Classroom refers to incorporating physcial activity into a lesson. It has been proven that the more movement a child particpated in during the school day, the more that student's academic achievement incereased.
Students should have a minimum of 60 minutes of movement or exercise each day. Sadly, students rarely meet that requirement because they are forced to learn sitting down at a desk. It is important to understand this issue, so that changes can be made.
