2. What is the best way to contact you? The best way to contact me is through email at ashley.barkley1@smail.astate.edu. If needed, you can call the school phone and ask for me.

3. Where can I find the lunch menu? The lunch menu can be found here.

4. How will I know if my child has homework? Every child has a folder in their backpack that has important papers such as newletters, announcements, and homework. One side is marked bring back to school, and the other is marked keep at home. This is where you can keep up with your child's things including homework.

5.  What do I do if my child is sick and misses school? If your child is sick and must miss school, please email me and inform me. We will get the child caught back up once they return to school.

6. Where can I find out about events going on at the school? The best way to find out about them is checking the school calendar which can be found here.

7. May I bring food and eat lunch with my child? Yes! Just sign in to the front office and come at 12:30 when lunch starts!

8. If it is my child's birthday, may I bring treats to celebrate? Yes you may. The school asks that you bring enough for the whole class and that you check the allergy list sent home at the beginning of the school year. If you need another allergy list, please email me.

9. What are you classroom rules and consequences? The classroom rules and the conquences for breaking them can be found here.

10. In the event of bad weather, how do I find out about delays/closings? Delays or closing will be broadcasted on all local news stations. They will also be posted on the school website and I will try to send out an email as well.
