Classroom Rules & Consequences

Rules:

1. I will have listening ears

2. I will have looking eyes

3. I will have kind hands

4. I will have a quiet mouth

5. I will respect Ms. Ashley and all of my classmates

Consequences:

First Offense: A warning

Second Offense: A note sent home

Third Offense: A parent/guardian will be contacted and a meeting will be held between myself, the parent/guardian, and the child
