Halloween Party: October 31st (12:00-2:00 PM)

For our halloween party this year, we will be making ice cream sundaes! The supplies that are needed will be listed below.

-Plastic Forks & Spoons
-Cookies/Cake
-Ice Cream
-Chocolate Syrup
-Cherries
-Whipped Cream
-Juice Boxes

Below you will find a party supply sign up sheet. You must fill this out and return this with your child by October 29th.
