8 Digital Rights and Responsibilities
Everyone has rights online just as they have rights in our 'real life'. We have rights to free speech, rights to privacy, and the right to know where our rights end and another's begin. With rights come responsibilities. We must be responsibile for what we do online and make certain we are following the laws, following proper etiquitte, and conducting ourselves in an appropriate manner. We must be aware that while we have rights to free speech, we do not have rights to harass others, and everyone has the same rights that we do.
