Copyright and Fair use
Copyright laws are legal rights given to an individual stating that his or her work belongs to them. They get to decide who uses, sells or publishes their work. Since we have a classroom, we might hang a poster or picture on the wall and use it as “Fair use.” Since it is only a portion of the work and used for educational purposes, we can use it. It is seen as fair usually when used for nonprofit educational purposes. It is also fair use when used for creativity in school. The copyright laws are set in motion to protect those who produce content.
