With law comes rights and responsibility. One of the most commonly known rights Americans claim is the freedom of speech. The freedom of speech still has consequences. We might be able to post whatever is on our mind on our Facebook wall. That doesn't mean we neccessarily should. What we say has consequences. This is something that should be taught. It goes back to etiquette. What you say can either beneift or hurt you or others. We leave a digitial footprint, treat everyone with respect, no matter what you trully feel. |
