Have you ever heard the phrase "too much TV rots your brain," well its not healthy physically to be around technology "24/7." Just as sitting in a chair all day is not good for your posture. Exposure to too much technology can hurt your vision. Also, if someone is cyberbullying you, first report it, but it is not good for you mentally. Using technology is not bad or good, but its what you do with it. More times than not, parents are not using technology with children for educational purposes. They use it to keep their child calm or keep their attention. At the end of the day, we need human interaction. We need to get off the TV or computer and exercise, go outside. We can use technology to eat healthy and live healthy, but it can also be used negativetly as well. Mental health is important, make it a priority to have something once or twice a week to do for yourself.
