| Digital Fluency |
Being fluent in something means you understand it or how to use it. If I am fluent in Spanish, I know how to speak Spanish. If someone is digitally fluent, they understand how technology is supposed to be used. The individual should also be aware of what is true that they find on the internet and what is false. Students should be able to make wise decsions online, like in digital ettiquette, be nice and not rude on social media and other digital communication. |
