Physical Fitness

I want to teach my students the value of moving our bodies each and every day.  Research indicates daily activity helps students academically.  Furthermore, physical fitness helps students balance weight, build muscle, maintain heart health, promote confidence, and reduce mental struggles.  I am adding a few websites to provide more information and give examples to get our children moving.
