Nutrition

Food is fuel.  The earlier we can teach our children this the better.  Proper nutrition helps with growth and development.  Furthermore, it helps with weight balance, helps with mood, cognitive enhancement and good energy for students to perform better on academics.   Combining proper nutrition along with physical fitness can lead to a long and happy lifestyle.  I am adding a few websites to provide more information and examples of healthy treats.
