Foster Care/Adoption

Foster Care and Adoption are big issues all over the country and espescially here in the state of Arkansas. Foster Care is where a child or group of children stay with foster parents while issues are worked out with their biological parents. Adoption is when it is deemed that these children will never be able to return to their biological families. In the United States there are more than 400,000 children and teens in the foster care system and we have a shortage of foster families. Sadly some individuals will stay in foster care all the way until they become an adult, never getting to have their forever family. Below are a few links to learn more about Foster Care/Adoption and how you can get involved!!
