Digitial Access
| In the classroom, Teachers have the
responsibility to make sure that each student has the equipment to
succeed in the class. Using technology in the classroom can be tricky at
times. Teachers must ensure that each child is getting the equal amount
of screen time. At times, Teachers will give assignments that require
outside research. Teachers should make sure that each student has some
type of access to a computer or Ipad. If the child does not have access,
then the teacher should make the proper accommodations for the child.
In my classroom, each child will gain access to the computer for thirty minutes a day. During this time, the child is to work on assignments that were given to them. I will give each child two weeks from the date assigned to have the assignment finished. This should be enough time for the students who do not have access to computes in their household to complete the assignment. |
