What is Digital Rights and Responsibility?

Digital Rights and Responsiblity are the requirements and freedoms of the digital world.  This helps the students understand the opportunities of being able to use online products by being diligent and helping others by solving potential problems.  Educators should make sure the students understand the need of protecting others online and in the real world.
