On-line Safety |
On-line safety is the act of maximizing
the students awareness of personal safety and security risks to
private information. It is important for our children to be aware of the
technology they are using and how to use it appropriately and safely.
We should follow these 5 rules in order to be safe while using the internet: #1 Do not interact with strangers on-line that you have never met before. #2 Do not give out personal information. #3 If you find yourself on a website that is not approprate or allowed, tell the teacher so it can be prevented from happening again. #4 If someone posts or says something mean on-line, tell an adult. #5 Do not download anything without an adults permission.
