| Being that students will use the internet inside
and outside of the classroom, it is important we know how to use it
appropriately and with our safety in mind. Even though the internet is
only used for educational purposes in my classroom, students can still
stumble upon inappropriate content. For this reason, we go over what to
do if inappropriate content pops up unexpectedly and the consequences
that will be applied if it is voluntarily found. By understanding the
dark parts of the internet, we can keep our students safe. Here are a couple of good resources for students and parents when it comes to online safety. |
