Digital Communication

Digital Communication is the transmission of messages or other forms of chat when using the internet or online resources.  It is important to teach children the importance of being cautious when accessing chatrooms and other forms of chat when accessing the internet.  This includes instant messaging, e-mail, instant messaging, and other sites that allow messages to be sent and received.
