Copyright & Fair Use

A copyright means that people cannot use someone else's work without their permission. This includes things like drawings, photographs, books, videos, songs, or anything else that was made by someone. Whenever someone creates something, they automatically have a copyright for it, meaning that it is always against the rules to copy it or use it unless you have permission from the creator or copyright owner.

     Fair use
involves the conditional situations when it is possible to use certain works in the classroom. In our classroom, we will follow all copyright and fair use rules to make sure that we are being the best class that we can be!
