I believe that our children need an educational foundation that will
transfer from the classroom to their everyday lives. My goal is for my
students to grow academically as well as personally during each school
year. I believe that every student learns differently. I feel that it is
my responsibility as a teacher to encourage my students to learn through
different techniques, a positive and engaging classroom, and personal
		motivation.

As a teacher, I will enhance the minds of my students by helping them
understand how important education is. I want my students to have a
positive outlook on education and to develop personal values. I want to
help them learn to achieve success and be better prepared for the
future. I will demonstrate how to meet these goals by encouraging them
to be creative, to share what they have learned, and by providing a
democratic classroom atmosphere. I will also teach them to transfer
their learning outside of the classroom.

I will use cooperative learning and other diverse learning techniques in
my classroom. I believe that using collaborative learning helps promote
social skills. It also teaches them how to work with others. I will also
use problem-solving and critical thinking techniques, along with other
hands-on activities to promote their ability to reason and make educated
		decisions.

By using classroom organization and management, I will create a positive
classroom environment where my students feel free to participate in open
		discussions.  I want each of
my students to form a sense of respect for each other. Positive behavior
strategies will be kept in my classroom by being a good role model as
the teacher, giving clear instructions and expectations, and
redirection. It is essential for me to have open and positive
communication with my students and their parents.

Every student has their own learning style, and I believe that it is my
responsibility to know how every one of my students' learn. Tests,
observations, assignments, and informal evaluations will be ways I will
evaluate my students. I want my students to have a positive outlook on
education and life. I believe that this can be met by my students'
ability to see my love for teaching and learning. I will encourage them
		to be creative,  share with
them what I have learned, and allow them to share what they have
		learned.

I hope that at the end of each school year, my students leave my
classroom a better student personally and academically. |
