This is students knowing that they have a right to use the web just like everyone else and have a responsibility to help protect that right for everyone. If there is a problem they need to let an educator know.

Example: If someone is being cyberbullied and you witness it it is also your responsibility to report it.

Example 2: If you know another student is doing something they shouldn't, you should let the teacher know.
