Copyright
and Fair Use
What is Copyright?
Copyright is the legal right for a person to be the only one to
publish, sell, or redo their literacy or artistic work. Copyright allows a
person's work to not be copied or replicated. In my class, my students shall not
commit copyright infringement, and if they do that results in a meeting with
parents, being sent to the principals office, redoing the assignment, or no
recess.
What is Fair Use?
Fair use is a law that allows you to use copyrighted work for
educational purposes without having to have permission.

provided for you at the bottom of the page.
