Inclusion In the Classroom
I strongly believe that every child should be included in the classroom despite cultural background, race, gender and so on. Every child should get an equal opportunity in the classroom. Statistics show that subconsciously that is not always the case or children with different cultural aspects don’t necessarily always feel comfortable with American customs. This can cause issues because an uncomfortable child or a child that feels inferior can lead to them underperforming in the classroom. I also don't ever want to have a child to have to feel like they don't belong or are less than another individual because of something they cant help. These reason alone make it extremely important to educate students about diversity and different cultures to make it a more unifying environment and also to give everyone an equal opportunity.
