Physical Education in the Classroom
Childhood obesity is a growing
issue in today’s society.
In order to slow this
rise, children must be able to receive regular physical activity.
Some children do not
get the chance to participate in physical activity outside of school.
While in school, it is
so vital that children get as much physical activity as possible.
By integrating such
physical activity into lessons, children are able to learn while
participating in physical activities.
Integrating physical
activity in the classroom gives students a different approach on learning.
An active life is a happy life!
