- refers to the well being of ourselves while using technology. It is important to set goals or time periods for the day of how much screen time one has. An example could be as a teacher, I only allow 30 min or 1 hour throughout the day of screen time or technology time. As a parent, I could only allow 1 hour of screen time or tv time a day. Setting boundaries and teaching students about how to keep our mind and body healthy is very important.
