Parent/Student Invovlement
As a teacher, parent/student involvement is SO important. We will not run an effective and smooth classroom if we can not work together as a class and that involves everyone's participation! As a teacher, I want my students to love me as their teacher, love their classmates, and love to learn. I have provided multiple ways for my students to be involved in class, at home and also have provided ways for my students' parents to be in the loop of the class and how they can be involved. Research shows that classrooms with parent involvement prove to have more academic success. Working with parents provides more support, creativity, student engagement, more hands on help as a teacher, and encouragement.

Communication is key for running an effective classroom with students and parents that are passionate about being involved. I believe that it is important to have students and parents who are involved in and outside of a classroom. This will bring community, relationship, and quality to your classroom.
