Digital Fluency/Literacy | |
Making sure students are fluent at using technology is essential to
our use of technology. The students should know right from wrong, and
also shoud know how to navigate on the computer or tablet. When students
understand technology fluently then they hold themselves to a more
responsible role and they won't look or listen to information that is inapproprate
or false. For example, I have a student in my class that does not really know how to work the computer and when he gets frustrated he throws it. This is a big no-no. I have another student that is fluent at working with his technology and he does well on his work and sits quietly while he is working. This is what is expected. |
