Digital Access
Teachers need to make sure that each student has equal opportunity. Teachers should make sure that students that do not have technology at home are provided with it at school if they need it for an assignment. It is not the child's fault that the teacher assigned something on-line, if they do not have access to internet or technology, it is not their fault if they cannot finish the assignment. Teachers need to make sure that each child can finish their work correctly and in a timely manner. The teacher needs to be able to provide the technology needed if they are going to assign homework that technology is needed for.

For example, if I were to assign the class homework and technology is needed I would allow those students that do not have technology at home to work on it during class time. If the students cannot work on it at class time due to a lesson, then I will send a computer home with the child. If the child does not have internet for the computer to work then I will let the student stay with me after school to finish, or I will allow them to come to the school during non hours to work on it. If the student cannot do any of the above then I will find someplace outside of school like the library for the child to work at.
