What is the best way to contact Ms. Turner?

Running a classroom and managing a home life afterwards can be very hectic at times. In order to receive a reply quickly and effectively, the best way to contact me is through text messages.

How can I view my child's assignments for the week?

Is there a way to see what my child does at school on a day-to-day basis?

Can I bring class treats for special events such as my child's birthday? If so, how many students are in the class?

We would love for you to bring us yummy treats. However, please contact me to first make sure that you are aware of what some of our students may be allergic to. We are a wonderful class of 25 students.

When is a good time to meet with Ms. Turner?

The best time to meet with me would be after school. I usually stay about an hour after my students have left, and would love if you would stop by. *Note: This may vary due to staff meetings.

How can I become a parent volunteer for your class?

We would love your help and involvement with us this school year! If you would like to volunteer, please contact me as soon as you can.

Am I allowed to come eat lunch with my child?

After you check in with our school office, you are more than welcome to come eat lunch with your child.

At what time will my child be counted as tardy for school?

Our school tardy bell rings at 8:10.

How quickly does Ms. Turner usually respond to messages and emails?

It takes about 30 minutes to an hour to receive a response from me. Although I can get very busy, you are still a BIG priority!

How can I see the special events coming up in the classroom?

Our class announcements will always keep you updated about what is happening in our second grade classroom.
