Bullying

Bullying is defined as one who seeks to harm or intimidate someone else. Bullying can be done through offensive words, physical harm, or through the internet which is also known as cyberbullying. In American schools, 1 in 4 students have experienced some form of bullying. Many students do not speak out against it due to fear of more bullying and/or feeling ostracized. Bullying can hinder social skills, academic growth, and mental health which are all important life skills. In some cases, it can even lead to suicide.
