Digital Rights and Responsibilities
These rights and responsibilities are for those participating online. A right is having access to the internet, but the responsibility is using is wisely. For example, every student in my classroom has the right of freedom of expression. Their responsibility is to not use this out of context and bully someone through hateful comments.
