Digital Health and Welfare

This is knowing how to protect your physical and mental wellbeing when online. With technology ever-growing, it is easy to spend way to much time online and in front of a screen.

If you sit and lean over all day from being in front of a computer, you will notice your eyes, back, and neck may hurt when you finally get up.

In my classroom, we are protecting our digital health by limiting our screen time daily.

Also in my class, students will be encouraged to take it upon themselves to limit their screen time at home. They will be given examples of ways to be productive and active.
